When Gavin was elected he did not get a mandate. Matt could have won but the for the thousands of Absentee Votes a ploy that has come to haunt good government in San Francisco. A ploy that will be used to get rid of corrupt politicians and those that misuse the system. Polls mean nothing - action mean everything....
