Panel to Determine Viagra Distribution
Today in Palo Alto, California, the Viagra Review Board reconvened upon the occasion of the prefiling of an important bill by State Representative Mia McLeod of Columbia, South Carolina. Under the bill, a man seeking Viagra or any other drug intended to treat erectile dysfunction would have to meet strict guidelines.
Today members of the Viagra Review Board applauded Representative Mia McLeod, of Columbia, South Carolina. The Representative has introduced a bill in that state to make sure men in the male-dominated Legislature know what it feels like to have their reproductive rights targeted.
Under the bill, a man seeking Viagra or any other drug intended to treat erectile dysfunction would have to:
Cool his heels for a 24-hour waiting period
Submit a notarized affidavit from a sex partner affirming that the patient has experienced symptoms of ED within the last 90 days
Attend three sessions of outpatient counseling including resources for patients to pursue celibacy as a lifestyle choice
Be examined by a state-licensed sex therapist to make sure his ED isn’t caused by one or more psychological conditions
Members of the Review Board are all women who came of age before Roe v. Wade. The Board announced from their headquarters in California that they are old enough to know what it was like to live before women's reproductive rights became law of the land, and they will do all they can to make sure that the US does not return to that era.
