The Green Party of Alameda County invites you
to a Green Sunday panel and discussion about
Rent Control, Gentrification, and Displacement
in Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco,
and other cities

Questions to be discussed include:
What is happening to tenants, especially low income tenants, as gentrification occurs and rents rise?
What is the status of rent control (or rent stabilization or rent adjustment) in various cities?
Does rent control (or rent adjustment) work to keep people in their homes?
What impact does state law have on local rent ordinances?
How can we build a strong tenants movement?
