Sheriff Tom Allman on Federal Threats to Mendocino County's Marijuana Regulation

The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors voted to change it’s 9.31 program today, eliminating the 99 plant exemption and permitting program. Medical marijuana cultivators can grow no more than 25 plants per parcel in Mendocino County. The move follows federal threats against the county’s program.
