Haiti "News" Website spreads disinformation

by IndyMedia
Just hours after 30,000 demonstrators, according to Aljazerra, marched in Port-au-Prince demanding the return of elected President Jean-Bertrand Arisitde, the Elite Coup-sympathizing website http://www.haiti-info.com ran an article claiming a Haitian druglord had implicated Arisitde in drug smuggling. The Website did not run a single article in regards to the massive Port-au-Prince demonstration.

The website also has one article titled "Hope dims for new Haiti leader as gangs run Wild". What the article fails to mention is that the "gangs" that are "running wild" are tied to elites allegedly paying them off to destabilize the elected government. The second massacre at Grand Ravin, which occured just days ago, targeted popular neighborhoods of Aristide's Fanmi Lavalas party. Over a dozen innocent women, men, and children were gunned down, many at point blank range. Meanwhile the former military and elites are building up military arsenals in Haiti.

Haiti-info.com doing the bidding of the opposition elite, attempts once again to destabilize the elected government. The articles on the recent massacre offer no information on the Little Machete army, which has been implicated in the attack. Haiti-info.com if not already on the CIA payroll does a vital job in the propaganda war against the popular movements in Haiti.
