1) Why are the two talking heads, especially the guy, off-center and facing off to the side?

2) Why is the guy moving so much while he's talking? He seems to be swivelling in a chair, but I'm not sure.

Technical issues aside, it's annoying that they keep on talking about resisting the military non-violently. It's an implied insult to those like fraggers who go to more serious lengths to stop the war machine.
