We small humans are only here for a short time on our fragile planet earth, we all need to take care of it and our urban forest

On behalf of the members of the San Francisco Tree Council, I would greatly appreciate your support for Supervisor McGoldrick’s Landmark / Significant Tree Legislation.

Trees are a good investment for everyone – they are a valuable asset worth our time, and resources, adding benefits worth twice the cost, saving homeowners and the city money.

Trees are an important part of our community infrastructure, vital to community’s environmental and human health and well-being. They have a positive impact on business and our City tax base for better schools, revitalizing downtown and creating a desirable place to live, work.

Our quality of life depends on tree benefits; benefits depend on healthy trees; healthy trees require quality care and protection, and we depend on your to help to protect our trees.

This is a great opportunity to leave a legacy of pride and recognition of how our City cared for one its most valuable assets, the preservation and protection of our urban forest.
