Could you please contextualize this for the reader by telling us when and where this took place?

Thanks!

The when is included at the top of the doc (June 8th, 2004). In regards to where... the entire RTS took place in the city of San Francisco. We started at UN Plaza and traversed down Market St. at the corner of 5th and Market we were surrounded and placed under arrest. Additionally, some of the footage in the piece was shot at the Reclaim the Commons convergence center which was located on Howard between 5th and 6th. At the jail which is located at 850 Bryant, and at the Police Commissioner meeting which occured at City Hall.
