Voter registration drive throws away non-Republican applications

A private voter registration company set up shop in Nevada and registered thousands of potential voters outside of malls, grocery stores and government buildings. But the company is funded largely, if not entirely, by the Republican National Committee -- so it only wants Republican voters and throws away the rest of the applications. The company has since moved its operations to Oregon.
