District 9: Steve Zeltzer, A Voice for Working People

Steve Zeltzer is a long time labor/community activist and leader in the fight for justice. From fighting racism on the job to fighting against the media monopoly robber barons like Comcast who control the San Francisco¹s cable system, Zeltzer has stood up for the residents of District 9 and the people of this country.

We need a supervisor who will stand for working people and the community instead of corporate raiders and speculators who are turning our city into a parking mall with a million franchise operations.

District 9 needs a supervisor who will stand up against union busters like Home Depot and others who want a Wall-Mart economy for everyone. We need to stop the privatization of all public services including our parks, libraries and recreation centers. He will fight to make it illegal to close any more hospitals and emergency rooms in San Francisco. He will propose rent control for small businesses so they will not be driven out of the communities by more multi-national chains
