O25 Palestine Contingent

ADC-SF would like to invite all to join a Palestine Solidarity Contingent for the upcoming October 25th March and Rally. We feel it is important to keep Palestine part of the anti-war movement in this country especially at a time when Israel has been committing some of the worst atrocities to date against Palestinians.

Israel with the US's approval, has killed, maimed, permanently injured and made homeless thousands of people in just the last month. It continues to ethnically cleanse Palestine of its inhabitants by making life unbearable through a military occupation by utilizing indiscriminant killings, road blocks, apartheid walls and stealing land. While at the same time the US occupation in Iraq is beginning to resemble Israel's occupation of Palestine in its ruthlessness and violence. WE SAY NO TO OCCUPATION IN IRAQ AND PALESTINE!

The contingent will be comprised of Arab community members, Palestine solidarity groups, students and individuals who will march together. We will use banners, flags, street theater and make our voices heard during the march. To make this happen, we need you to spread the word to many !

What: Palestine Solidarity Contingent for October 25 Demonstration

Where: SF Public Library at east end Civic Center Plaza

When: Meet at 10:30 AM - look for Palestinian flags and the ADC banner

What Then: There will be a rally at 11 AM then a march to Jefferson Square Park for a closing rally with speakers, entertainment and cultural performances.
