10/15 Demand Riders Re-trial!

by PUEBLO
Public pressure needed to force Riders re-trial, press conference on 10/15

The District Attorney of Oakland has not yet decided to re-try the police officers known as the "Riders." More public pressure is needed to compel him to do so. He is planning on announcing his decision (to declare a re-trial or not) on Wednesday, October 15th. Many, many more telephone calls, faxes and letters are needed to convince him that Oakland's voting public would like to see a re-trial (call David Hollister in the D.A.'s office at (510) 891-5728) .

Also come out and be part of a visible "pro-trial"
presence when he makes his announcement. Beacuse if we want to end police brutality we must fight for police accountability!

When: Wednesday, October 15th
11AM
Where: Depatment 11, Alameda County Court House
1225 Fallon
