Thursday, October 2nd, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
New College Theater, 777 Valencia St., S.F.

Come learn how the global timber industry is destroying endangered forest
across Canada, and how you can help stop the destruction using cutting-edge
market-based activism.

Special guest Timothy Hull from Whidbey Island, Washington will provide
inspiring music with a great Irish sound.

Forest Ethics will present a multi-media presentation highlighting Canada's
breathtaking and biologically rich endangered forests. See spectacular
images of British Columbia's world-famous Great Bear Rainforest, and
Canada's vast boreal forests -- North America's largest remaining wilderness.
US consumption and corporate control is driving them all to their
destruction.

These forests are critical to the survival of grizzly bears, wild salmon,
mountain caribou, wolves and migratory songbirds, as well as hundreds of
indigenous communities.

The presentation will be followed by action planning for the following day.
