ILWU/PMA court hearing NOW
Come to a court hearing this afternoon in which a Taft-Hartley injunction will be considered. 4pm at 450 Golden Gate.
President Bush has invoked Taft-Hartley and asked the US District Court in San Francisco for an injunction against the PMA lockout of the ports. Even though it is the management that has stopped work on the ports, this injunction, if granted, would also prevent the ILWU from striking for the next 80 days.

The judge has imposed a temporary restraining order until Wednesday, October 16, when the court will consider the preliminary injunction (which would last 80 days).

Go dad, go. You tell them bad workers that the bosses have the constitution, courts, politicians, cops and ruf, ruf, ruf, You, our canine worker's-right-to-work super hero on their side. And you'll "take a bite out of their wages". Ruff, ruff, ruff.
